Pretty much, go to the far left entrance to the labyrinth near the Mira statue, and keep going close to the edges, eventually be walking along candy cane lane XD
and look for a AJHQ deer named Venus
You open the gate near her
and once you slide where the snowman is,
Go down.
Then as you walk left, go up when the two deer bush things line an entrance.
THAT is the center!
